Welcome:

PhpCollegeExchange is a full fledged college community website. It is designed to be the unofficial portal, put up by students for their fellow college students. It is code that has been used and abused so bugs are found and fixed as new features are added. Installation and customization still requires a little knowledge of PHP and HTML.

Basic roadmap:

1) Intigrate the newest version of phpBookExchange and miniBB.

2) Stripping off old convoluted formating. make theming easier with all encompassing header, footer, and main.css files (just needs refining now). Complete "admin" folder. These simplifications will make updating easier as we go along.

3) Add sections and tools such as housing (done), calender, forum, professor evaluations.

4) Refine.
